Friedel Patzak

Friedel Patzak is a product and organisational developer with over 35 years of experience as a founder, executive and product lead. After studying design, he founded his own studio, which he led as managing partner – followed by leadership roles at SinnerSchrader / Accenture Song and the product design consultancy uideation.

Lean and agile – not as a method, but as a mindset. He works directly on what has an impact: in the real project, with the team, for real progress. No methodology overhead, no distance from reality.

Today he is Co-Founder and CPO of the people-tech startup OVAO – an intelligent companion for inner clarity and personal development, evidence-based and built on the Inner Development Goals (IDG), and independent consultant.
