Friedel Patzak

Friedel Patzak is a product and organisational developer with over 35 years of experience as a founder, executive and product lead. He founded his own product design studio, which he led as managing partner – followed by leadership roles at SinnerSchrader / Accenture Song and the product design consultancy uideation.

Lean and agile – not as a method, but as a mindset. He works directly on what has an impact: in the real project, with the team, for real progress. No methodology overhead, no distance from reality.

Most recently, he was co-founder and CPO of a people-tech start-up, and now advises individuals and teams in his role as a founding mentor, product specialist and sparring partner.
